1. To provide a safe environment for people desiring recovery enabling them to make connections to the services they may require and fellowship where they can get support. The actual recovery support services will not be provided at St Luke’s except for the hosting the meetings of several recovery groups.

2. To provide a place (location) to call or stop in to connect with the “web” of contacts and acting as a hub to connect individuals with the support/services they might require in a supportive manner and environment.

3. To facilitate opportunities for the religious community and social and health care professionals to meet and discuss approaches to meeting the needs of the recovery community.

4. To develop a working relationship with providers of support services to facilitate the referral process including, among others, the following partnering organizations.
